Even though this state is known for being very flat, believe it or not, there are some very cool places to ride your electric ATV or whatever off-road vehicle you choose. The state also known for sunflowers offers great trails and below are a couple that may fulfill your off-road riding adventures.
1. Syracuse Sand Dunes Park
Located in Syracuse, it has over 1,300 acres of off-roading terrain. You may not only ride all day, but also fish and camp! There are things for the whole family to enjoy at this park. Click here for more information.
2. Tuttle Creek ORV Area
This park located north of Manhattan offers over 310 acres of difficult terrain with numerous miles of trails for beginner to professional hill climbers. 3. Council Grove Lake ORV Area
This location, which is located below the Council Grove Dam, features five miles of multi-use ATV trails that weave through 30 acres of primarily wooded paths. The area is basically an old riverbed with a few uphills but mostly flat routes that are perfect for beginners and intermediate cyclists. The region is minimally maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers and consists primarily of hard pack with some loose dirt, a few mud bogs, some water, a few obstacles (all of which are clearly marked), and a bunch of trees.
