1. Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area

(also known as Glamis), It is known as the United States' largest off-road vehicle activity area for sand dunes. As far as the eye can see, there is luminous sand. Many riders consider this place to be one of their favorites. There's no other place like it in the world, whether you're visiting for the scenery or an incredible adventure. 2. Corral Canyon OHV Area

This location in the Cleveland National Forest, east of San Diego and Alpine near Buckman Springs, includes nearly 1,800 acres of off-road riding across very tough terrain. Over 50 miles of steep bends, quick brush tunnels, and solid rock portions make up these trails. Click here for more information.


3. Ocotillo Wells State Recreation Area

Located northwest of El Centro on the east side of Anza-Borrego, contains 40,000 acres of terrain for ATV riders to experience. Large stretches of BLM land to the south and east of the limits are also open to off-highway vehicles, including ATVs. There are no charges for camping or day-use.
